Marketing Agency in Egypt: What WWV Runs From the New Cairo Studio

Last updated 2026-10-08

WWV Marketing (Worldwide Vendor) is a marketing agency in Egypt that runs 16 brands day to day from one studio in New Cairo. Most of those accounts sit on a monthly retainer, not a single project, so the team is in the account every week — planning, shooting, buying media and reporting. Strategy, content, design, photography, film, editing, media buying and events are all produced by WWV's own team at Arabella Plaza, New Cairo.

A marketing agency in Egypt that runs 16 brands, not a portfolio of past campaigns

Sixteen brands, running now. That is the number worth checking, because it describes current workload rather than a decade of past logos. A portfolio proves an agency once did something. A live roster proves it is staffed to do it this month.

What a retainer means operationally: WWV is not handing over a campaign and leaving. The team plans the month, produces the assets, publishes them, runs the paid budget behind them and reconciles the spend at the end of it. The same people pick it up again the following month. Most WWV clients work this way.

The head office is Arabella Plaza, New Cairo. The studio, the crew and the day-to-day team are all at that one address — there is no second production office and no roster of freelance units standing in for one.

What does WWV do in house, and what does it refuse to sell?

WWV runs seven services with its own team, and does not sell search engine optimisation, web development or website builds. The seven are below. Marketing strategy sits across all of them rather than being sold as a standalone deck.

Service What the work involves
Social media management Monthly content planning, production, publishing, community management and reporting across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
Media buying and paid ads Campaign build, audience and creative testing, budget pacing and monthly reconciliation on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat.
Content creation Concepts, scripts, copy and design in Arabic and English, written for the market the campaign runs in.
Videography and photography Shoots produced by WWV's own crew.
Event management and activations Concept, supplier coordination, build and on-the-day run of brand activations and events, with the content team shooting it as it happens.
Public relations Media relations, announcements, spokesperson materials and press office, run as a monthly retainer with scope agreed at scoping.
E-commerce support Product content, catalogue and listing assets, and the paid and social activity that feeds a store.

The in-house point is concrete rather than rhetorical. The idea that goes into the strategy is the idea that gets shot, edited, bought behind and published, because the same team does all four. Nothing is subcontracted to a production house, a buying desk or a freelance editor.

Now the part most agency pages leave out. WWV does not sell SEO, web development or website builds. That work is outside what this team delivers. It matters to a buyer for one reason: an agency that lists fourteen services is quoting for work it will subcontract, and the margin, the timeline and the accountability all get worse the moment it does.

Who does WWV work with in Egypt?

Eight clients we can name: Beautify Clinic, Fit Oat, Golden Gulf, Best Egypt Holidays, MZ Abayas, Salemeen Clinic, Sanad Consult and Shino Tours. They sit across five sectors — healthcare, tourism, fashion, food and professional services — and the marketing problem in each is different.

How does the work run week to week?

WWV runs the account on a rhythm rather than shipping a deliverable and exiting. Planning, production, publishing, paid management and reporting cycle through each month, and the same team carries it forward.

The client portal. Every client gets a portal to see their content and calendar, and to review and approve work. It runs on Wieldy, the agency platform WWV uses to run the studio. You see what is scheduled, what is in production, what is waiting on your approval and what has gone live. Ask on a scoping call and the team will walk you through it screen by screen before you sign anything.

Media buying transparency. Budget, spend, reach and cost per result are reconciled and shown to the client every month. You can ask to see a sample reconciliation before signing — redacted, from a live account — so you know exactly what the monthly report looks like rather than taking the promise on trust.

Languages. Work is delivered in Arabic and English. Arabic copy is written for the market from scratch, never translated from English, because translated Arabic reads like translated Arabic and the audience notices before the brand does.

Hours. Sunday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 Cairo time (EET). There is no out-of-hours desk and no 24/7 cover, and we would rather say so than imply an always-on service that does not exist.

How are engagements priced and scoped?

There are no published figures and no standard packages, because the scope decides the number. What can be published is the structure.

Type of work How it is structured
Film and photography A day rate, a project fee for a defined deliverable set, or a monthly retainer for continuous supply
Public relations Monthly retainer, with scope set at scoping
Social, media buying, e-commerce support Typically a monthly retainer — most WWV accounts overall sit here

What moves a quote up or down: the number of shoot days; locations and whether they need permits; talent, and the term, territory and media their usage covers; how many language versions you need in Arabic and English; and how many aspect ratios each asset has to be delivered in. Deliverable counts and the schedule are agreed per project from your brief — we do not publish asset counts or fixed turnaround windows, because quoting them before reading a brief is how both sides end up disappointed.

Rights, stated plainly. You own the final deliverables outright on delivery, with no further licence fee. Raw rushes, edit timelines and project files stay with WWV by default and are handed over on request. Talent usage carries the term, territory and media agreed with the cast member and is scoped per project — never open-ended.

The band is given on request, against your scope.

Why Egyptian production, and what does it mean for a Gulf client?

A Gulf company can contract with WWV's registered United Arab Emirates company, while the strategy, content, film, photography, media buying and events are produced by the same New Cairo studio and crew described above. That is the whole structure: a UAE contracting party, Cairo production, one team.

WWV also has a presence in the United Kingdom.

Gulf enquiries, and more on how the contract and production split works, can be found on the Digital Marketing Agency in Dubai page, with services detailed further on the social media, media buying, events, video and photography and PR pages for Dubai, plus Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia.

Where is WWV's office in Cairo?

Frequently asked questions

How much does a marketing agency in Egypt cost?

There is no single figure, and WWV does not publish one. Film and photography are quoted as a day rate, a project fee for a defined deliverable set, or a monthly retainer for continuous supply. PR runs as a monthly retainer with scope set at scoping. Shoot days, permits, talent usage, language versions and aspect ratios all move the number, so the band is given on request against your brief.

Do Egyptian marketing agencies work on monthly retainer or per project?

Both models exist in the market. At WWV, most clients are on a monthly retainer, which means the agency runs the account continuously rather than delivering one campaign and leaving. Project work is possible — a defined film or photography brief, for example — but the retained model is what the 16 live brands are built on.

Does WWV do SEO or build websites?

No. WWV does not sell search engine optimisation, web development or website builds. The seven services are social media management, media buying and paid ads, content creation, videography and photography, event management and activations, public relations, and e-commerce support, with marketing strategy across all of them.

Will I see what my ad budget was actually spent on each month?

Yes. Budget, spend, reach and cost per result are reconciled and shown to the client every month across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat. You can ask to see a sample monthly reconciliation before you sign, so you know what the reporting looks like in advance rather than after the first invoice.

Does WWV write Arabic content or translate it from English?

Arabic is written for the market from scratch, never translated from English. Work is delivered in both Arabic and English, and the Arabic version is treated as its own piece of writing with its own register — not a mirror of the English copy.

Who owns the videos and photos once they are delivered?

You do. The client owns the final deliverables outright on delivery, with no further licence fee. Raw rushes, edit timelines and project files stay with WWV by default and are handed over on request. Talent usage is the one exception: it carries the term, territory and media agreed with the cast member, scoped per project rather than open-ended.
