Digital Marketing Agency in Dubai — UAE Contract, Cairo Studio, Nothing Subcontracted
Last updated 2026-10-02
A digital marketing agency in Dubai, with the studio that makes the work
WWV Marketing (Worldwide Vendor) is a digital marketing agency serving Dubai and the wider UAE. Clients contract with WWV's registered UAE company. Strategy, content, film, photography, media buying and events are produced in house by WWV's own team and crew at the New Cairo studio. Nothing is subcontracted.
WWV runs 16 brands day to day, most on a monthly retainer, across healthcare, tourism, fashion, food and professional services.
The commercial consequence is simple: you get agency-level production without agency-level production overhead, because the crew is salaried and in house rather than hired per shoot.
Book a 30-minute call. We answer Sunday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 Cairo time — 09:00–19:00 Gulf Standard Time.
Who actually does the work on your account?
The same team, from the first strategy slide to the published post. Here is a single month on a UAE retainer, with the function named at each step.
| Step | Who does it | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly strategy and content plan | WWV strategy lead and account lead | New Cairo studio |
| Scripts, captions and copy (Arabic and English) | WWV in-house writers | New Cairo studio |
| Shoot — film and stills | WWV's own crew | Cairo studio or on location |
| Edit, grade, design, subtitles | WWV editors and designers | New Cairo studio |
| Media buying on Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat | WWV media buyers | New Cairo studio |
| Monthly reconciliation of budget, spend, reach and cost per result | Your account lead | Reported to you direct |
It is normal in Dubai for an agency to win the retainer and place the production somewhere else — a video house, a freelance crew, an offshore design team. That is not a scandal, but it has costs the buyer pays for. The idea in the deck is not the idea that gets shot, because the person shooting never read the deck. Revisions travel through a middleman, so a two-line note becomes a two-day round trip. And when the campaign underperforms, nobody in the room owns both the idea and the execution.
WWV's version: the idea in the strategy is the idea that gets shot and published, because the same team does both. You speak to one account lead directly — by phone or WhatsApp on +971 55 693 6219, or at info@wwv-eg.com. No production coordinator in between.
What do you get in Dubai, and what does WWV not sell?
Seven services, all produced in house. Each one links to its full service page.
Social media management
WWV plans, writes, designs and schedules the monthly calendar for each channel, then manages community responses. Copy is produced in Arabic and English. The calendar lives in your client portal, where you review and approve before anything publishes. This is a running retainer function, not a one-off content drop. See social media management for Dubai & UAE brands.
Media buying and paid ads
Campaigns run on Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat, built and managed by WWV's own media buyers. Budget, spend, reach and cost per result are reconciled and shown to you every month — not a dashboard screenshot, a reconciliation. Creative for paid comes from the same studio that shoots the organic work, so ad variants are produced, not repurposed. See media buying on Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat.
Content creation
Concepts, scripts, captions, carousels and design are produced by WWV's in-house team. Arabic is written for the market from scratch, never translated from English. Volume and format mix are set in the monthly plan and agreed before production starts.
Videography and photography
WWV's studio and crew are its own — cameras, lighting, editors, the room. This is the service most commonly subcontracted by agencies in Dubai, which is why the production line is the first thing to check on any quote you are holding. Because the crew is in house, a shoot day produces assets for the campaign, the ads and the feed at once.
Event management and activations
WWV plans and runs activations and brand events, and the same crew that films the campaign covers the event. That matters commercially: the activation produces content instead of requiring a second supplier to come and capture it. Footage flows straight into the following month's calendar and paid creative. See event management in Dubai.
Public relations
Press and media relations, announcements, launches and spokesperson material, handled alongside the paid and social plan rather than as a separate workstream. Arabic and English releases are written for the market they land in.
E-commerce support
Product content, campaign creative and paid support for brands selling online, run on the same retainer rhythm as the rest of the account.
What WWV does not do
WWV does not sell SEO, web development or website builds. If your project needs those, WWV will tell you so rather than resell them through someone else. Every agency on this search results page lists SEO and web design; WWV does not, because WWV does not produce them. You should treat an agency that claims every discipline the way you treat a restaurant with a forty-page menu.
How does a Gulf retainer work: contract, currency and accountability?
You contract with WWV's registered UAE company, while production and crew come from the Cairo team. That is the answer to the question a Dubai buyer should ask: if the team is in Egypt, who am I contracting with and who is liable? The contracting entity is in the UAE.
The engagement is a monthly retainer. WWV runs the account day to day — planning, producing, buying, reporting — rather than delivering a single campaign and leaving. That is how most of WWV's 16 brands are engaged.
Ad spend is accounted for. Budget, spend, reach and cost per result are reconciled every month and shown to you.
Approvals and overlap. WWV works Sunday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 Cairo time, which is 09:00–19:00 Gulf Standard Time. That covers the full Gulf working week — including the Sunday start and the Friday that a European agency does not work. Approvals land in your working hours, not the morning after them.
WWV also has a presence in the United Kingdom, which gives clients with European stakeholders a point of contact closer to a European timezone.
What does the client portal show you?
Every WWV client gets a portal, running on Wieldy, the agency platform WWV uses to run the studio. It shows your content and your calendar, and you use it to review and approve work.
That is deliberately unglamorous, and it is the point. The Dubai norm is a WhatsApp thread and a PDF emailed on the 3rd of the month. A marketing manager reporting upward needs an audit trail: what was proposed, what was approved, by whom, on what date. The portal is that record. When a campaign is questioned three months later, the approval history is in one place instead of scattered across four phone numbers.
Which brands does WWV run day to day?
Sixteen brands, across healthcare, tourism, fashion, food and professional services. Named clients:
| Brand | Sector |
|---|---|
| MZ Abayas | Fashion |
| Golden Gulf | Professional services |
| Beautify Clinic | Healthcare |
| Salemeen Clinic | Healthcare |
| Best Egypt Holidays | Tourism |
| Shino Tours | Tourism |
| Fit Oat | Food |
| Sanad Consult | Professional services |
MZ Abayas (fashion). A category a Gulf buyer will recognise immediately: abaya retail lives or dies on product film, styling stills and paid social. WWV produces the shoots, the creative and the paid campaigns in house.
Golden Gulf (professional services). Strategy, content and paid support on a monthly retainer.
Beautify Clinic (healthcare). Aesthetic and clinic marketing where creative tone and compliance both matter, run across organic social and paid.
No case study on this page will carry a number that the client has not approved in writing.
Is the Arabic written for the market, or translated?
Written for the market, from scratch. WWV delivers work in Arabic and English, and Arabic copy is never translated from English.
This matters more in the UAE than almost anywhere. Gulf audiences search, scroll, comment and buy in both languages, often in the same session. Translated Arabic reads as imported — the sentence is correct and the voice is foreign. In healthcare, fashion and tourism, where tone carries the sale, that gap costs conversions that no amount of media budget recovers.
Frequently asked questions
Where is the team based, and does it matter?
The team and the studio are at Arabella Plaza, New Cairo, Egypt. It matters in two ways, both in your favour: the crew is salaried and in house, so production does not carry a Dubai subcontractor's margin, and the working week is Sunday to Friday, which covers the Gulf week. The contracting entity for Gulf clients is WWV's registered UAE company, so your agreement sits in the UAE while production comes from the Cairo team.
What does a monthly retainer include?
Strategy, the content calendar, production of the agreed assets, campaign management on Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat, community management, and a monthly reconciliation of budget, spend, reach and cost per result. Scope is agreed per client — volume of posts, number of shoot days, number of campaigns — rather than sold as a fixed tier.
Do you work with competitors in the same category?
WWV runs 16 brands across healthcare, tourism, fashion, food and professional services, so the roster already contains more than one clinic and more than one travel brand — in different markets. Ask about category exclusivity in your market as part of the agreement, and it will be answered plainly either way.
Does WWV do SEO or build websites?
No. WWV does not sell SEO, web development or website builds. The seven services are social media management, media buying, content creation, videography and photography, event management, public relations and e-commerce support. If you need a site built or search work done, WWV will say so rather than resell it.
