When you send a brief

The form asks for your name, an email address or phone number, and what you need. Your brand name and a rough budget are optional. We also record which page you sent it from, the country your connection resolves to, and — if you arrived by clicking one of our ads — the Google click identifier and campaign name that brought you.

That last part is how we tell which advertising is worth paying for. It is not used to build a profile of you and it is not passed to anyone.

The brief is stored in our own database on Cloudflare and emailed to our inbox so we can reply. Nothing else is done with it.

Measurement, only if you agree

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement to see which pages and which ads bring in work. Until you press Accept, Google Consent Mode keeps every storage permission denied: no analytics or advertising cookie is written, and the anonymous pings that are sent have ad identifiers stripped out of them.

If you accept, Google sets cookies beginning _ga (up to two years) and _gcl (90 days). If you decline, it sets none, and the site works exactly the same.

What this site stores on your device

Two items, neither of them advertising. Your answer to the consent question is kept so you are not asked again. The source of your visit — the campaign or referring site — is kept for the length of the browser tab only, so that a brief sent from the contact page still knows which ad it came from.

Who else is involved

Cloudflare serves this site and keeps the usual server request records. Google receives the measurement data described above, and only if you agreed to it. That is the whole list. We do not sell anything to anyone and there is no advertising network embedded in these pages.

How long we keep it

An enquiry is kept while there is a live conversation and for up to 24 months after we last spoke, so we can find the history if you come back. After that it is deleted.

Your copy, or its deletion

Email info@wwv-eg.com and ask. We will send you everything we hold on you, correct it, or delete it. No form and no account needed — a one-line email is enough.
